Target Dry Shampoo’s | Top 5 Affordable Favorites
Hey Lovelies and Welcome back!!!
So last week I blogged about my Top 5 Favorite Dry Shampoo’s from Sephora but I also wanted to give you guys a more affordable option with my Top 5 Favorite Target Dry Shampoo’s!
Like I said before, for those who have followed us for a while now know that I LIVE for Dry Shampoo!!! With having long hair I usually only wash my hair every 4 to 5 days. I know this might sound gross if you haven’t done it, but I promise you that my hair looks fresh and clean everyday. My friends who are hair stylists have actually told me that it is healthier for your hair to not wash it everyday and recommend a Dry Shampoo for in between washes.
I have tried pretty much every Dry Shampoo that Target makes so check out my list of favorites, but before you do make sure to look over the Do’s and Don’ts I have learned over the years.
Over the years of using Dry Shampoo I have learned a few Do’s and Don’ts tricks:
- Never use tinted or colored dry shampoo’s unless you want your fingers colored every time you touch your hair.
- Use your dry shampoo at night before bed and wake up to perfectly refreshed and clean hair, this also helps if you use a dry shampoo that initially sprays white.
- After you have showered and cleaned your body after a workout, blow dry any remaining sweat on your hair and then add dry shampoo and style as normal.
- Blow Drying the sweat in your hair is like your own natural Salt Spray, why pay $22 for a Salt Spray for texture when it’s pretty much the same thing as drying sweat………don’t judge me!
Here is our Top 5 Favorite Affordable Target Dry Shampoo’s
Big Sexy Hair Volumizing Dry Shampoo
Use on dry hair to absorb dirt, excess oil and product build-up. Creates volume, provides UV protection and helps maintain color by lengthening time between washes. This is my favorite one from target but it is on the higher end of affordable but totally worth it!!
Suave Color Care Keratin Dry Shampoo
Natural keratin protein in hair depletes over time leaving it unmanageable, frizzy, and harder to style. This refreshing dry shampoo, formulated with keralock technology for color treated hair, contains keratin and absorbs oils to refresh hair, extend your colored look, and extend your blowout. I think this one beats out the TRESemme’ because it doesn’t go on as white and it has better texture in my opinion.
Batiste Original Clean Dry Shampoo
At the heart of all Batiste products is an innovative starch based “no water needed” formulation. Adapting to your hair’s needs, it targets excess oil and grease, helping to eliminate it at the roots. It boosts body and gives dull, lifeless hair the makeover that it deserves without water. Just spray, massage in and style! Batiste Original with a clean & classic fragrance
TRESemme’ Fresh Start Volumizing Dry Shampoo
Fresh Start uses Mineral Clay and Citrus, revives your fine, limp hair by removing excess oil and impurities and helping eliminate odor, leaving hair rejuvenated. Just a quick spray at the roots and this weightless, fine mist will revitalize and refresh your hair without any visible residue for hair that is full of movement.
Toni & Guy Texture Dry Shampoo
This Texture dry shampoo with a matt finish and revives hair from root to tip. Achieve a beachy look reminiscent of those long summer days in the sun. Add texture to the lengths, this is the perfect tool to create a playful and effortless style with an urban edge. This is more on the high-end of affordable but I really liked this one!
That’s all for today dolls! What’s your favorite Target Dry Shampoo’s Comment and let us know so I can try them out! Hope you all have a wonderful week and thank you for all of your support!! We love you guys!!
XOXO
