DATE NIGHT MAKEUP LOOK + GEL EYE LINER TUTORIAL
Who doesn’t love to get dolled up for a date night out with your man?
I definitely do, especially when we are going to Sushi!! * My Favorite* Here is a quick Date Night Makeup Look and a more detailed tutorial for applying Gel Eye Liner. I will do a full eye liner tutorial soon but hopefully this helps for now!! *********TIPS FOR APPLYING GEL EYE LINER************
1.Make sure you have a brush specifically designed for a gel texture!
2.Apply your eyeliner with your eyes open and without tugging on the eye to keep the eye shape
3. Make sure to fully saturate your brush with enough product so it will just glide on smoothly!
4. To enhance the eye shape use your lower lash line as a guide when creating your *wing* or building up thicker liner on the outer edge of the eyes.

I was unable to find the E.L.F palette online but I did purchase it at TJMaxx\HomeGoods for $4.99! That’s too bad. What liner do you use? We’ve been using the powder liner and that has been nice too.
You know, I used to wear the heck out of gel liner, and have since totally forgotten about it! This post reminded me how much I like it. I don’t like the gel pen liners, but when it’s a little pot and you use a brush is FANTASTIC. Might have to go get some more because of you!

Ugh! Your makeup looks so gorgeous. I’m a winged liner fan and I love the way gel eyeliner applies… I just get way annoyed at the upkeep/how fast gels can dry out. But I can’t wait try lining my eyes from underneath! Thanks for the tips love. xo

Me too- that’s why I prefer the Bobbi gel over some others I own. Seems to last longer. I do go through gel liner faster than most people though with my line of work 😉
