Hotel Room Workout | 30 Min Whole Body Circuit

Welcome Back Beauties!!

Today on the blog is all about how to get in that workout even on the go. I travel about half the month and don’t always have a lot of time. If you’ve followed us then you know I am training for a Half Marathon in June so I have running a lot, but I wanted to share with you all what I have done to strength cross train.

My husband Justin is a certified Personal Trainer and he created me a 30 minute circuit that I can do pretty much anywhere without going to the gym.

Most hotels have a gym but if you want to workout in the privacy of your own room this is definitely for you! If you are one that likes the gym then make sure to take this list down with you and use weights opposed from your luggage. I stay at the Hyatt Regency and they will bring you weights to your room if you request it, so make sure to check out your hotels amenities before starting your workout.

Let’s get our #fitness on!

Do this Hotel Room Workout 3 times a week or mix it into your weekly workout to get all over body strength training. Once you’re done with this workout you will most definitely be feeling the burn! Also if your hotel room has Liter bottles of water, that is a great option as well!

Make sure to print the Hotel Room Workout to take with you on your travels, have for an at home workout or take to your local gym.
