Bobbi Brown Makeup Tutorial
HAPPY 25 YEAR ANNIVERSARY BOBBI BROWN COSMETICS!!!!!
This is such an exciting year for Bobbi Brown as she celebrates 25 years of making women feel empowered and beautiful. I am honored to be apart of such a wonder company and I am happy to say that I just entered into my 9th year working for this wonderful brand.
I have had the pleasure to work with Bobbi on many occasions and she is wonderful, inspiring and full of passion. Her philosophy remains true after all these years. She wants women to look and feel like themselves, only prettier and more confident. In honor of this year she just launched the Be Who You Are movement and you can watch the campaign video here.
Watching this video gives me so much pride that I work for someone who stands for something so much more than makeup. As women we need to empower each other and build one another up. Let’s all be true to ourselves and BE WHO WE ARE.
Bobbi created 3 Limited Edition City Palettes from the places in the world that have inspired her, London, Paris and New York. Todays Tutorial I used the New York City Palette to create an easy everyday look.

The New York City Palette is an eyeshadow palette created exclusively for Bobbi’s 25th anniversary inspired by the cool, effortless style of New Yorkers.
The New York City palette is for anyone who wants the signature Bobbi look. Since launching in New York, Bobbi has become synonymous with the nude makeup look. This palette features four nude shadows in matte and metallic finishes. Finish the look with the perfect natural blush shade in Tawny. Each palette is in a collectible mirrored compact with an illustration by renowned artist Richard Haines.
New York City Palette includes:
- Cream Eyeshadow (a warm white)
- Champagne Quartz Metallic Eyeshadow (a champagne pink)
- Birch Eyeshadow (a soft brown)
- Espresso Eyeshadow (a dark chocolate brown)
- Tawny Blush (a medium pink brown)
How I created todays Bobbi Brown Makeup Tutorial using the 25th Anniversary New York City Palette.
Using the Eye Sweep brush, sweep the Cream from your lash line to your browbone. Dust Birch on the lower lid and into the crease with the Morphe M513 brush. For added dimension, layer Champagne Quartz on the lower lid and inner corner of the eyes. Using the smokey liner brush, line your upper and lower lash lines in Espresso. Of course I layered an addition coat of the Eye Opening Mascara to make the eyes really stand out. Take the Angled Face Brush and sweep Tawny on the apples of your cheeks followed by a light layer of Pink Quartz Shimmer Brick. I finished the look with the Brown #4 Lipstick, Pink Mauve Liner and White gloss.
I hope you all enjoyed this Bobbi Brown Makeup Tutorial. If you missed last weeks tutorial, check out my love for the new Retouching Wands.
