This is the Jillian Michael’s Detox Water and it’s amazing! It tastes really mild and refreshing, I have really come to love the flavor.

How long do you drink the detox water?

1 week, and you could do it about once a quarter to help get rid of that dang water weight. Whole Foods is where you need to go to get the items needed for the Detox.

Items you will need are:

Organic Dandelion Root Tea, Cold Pressed Cranberry & Lemon Juice.

I’ve always loved lemon water but the magic is in the combination of the Dandelion Root Tea, Lemon and Cranberry together to help banish the bloat! You still drink your normal amount of water a day so this isn’t the only source of water you are getting.

What You Will Need For Your Detox Water

For best results you should not drink alcohol while doing this detox water. I have still drank coffee while doing it and have had great results, but you would probably be even better off saying no to the coffee as well.

How to Make Your Detox Water?

1-60 Ounces of distilled or filtered water

2-Brew and steep a cup of Dandelion Root Tea and add to water

3- 1 TBSP Cranberry Juice

4- 2 TBSP Lemon Juice
