As the clock winds down on 2015, there is still time to host a New Year’s Eve party. Whether it’s a party for two, a few close friends or a big shindig, we’ve got some fun and EASY ideas to help bring your party together. A lot of these ideas can (and will) be converted over for a Noon Year’s Eve Party as well.
Tassel garlands are such a fun decor trend right now. They can be used to add some flair to anything from weddings to party decor to nursery walls. It’s easy to make your own with some tissue paper, sparkling mylar or fabric, scissors and string.
The materials list is what you need to make a larger version to dress the front of a buffet table or stretch across a wall, but you can easily scale down the project. For a version small enough to add pizazz to your dining chairs, use 1/8 sheet of tissue paper per tassel. I used a 1/4 sheet total of fabrics for the front of the high chair at my babies 1st birthday party and it was the perfect amount.

Today it’s all about SEQUINS and how I am going to use Bobbi Brown’s newest formula of Eye Shadow to create a Fun, Pretty, Bold, Colorful New Years Makeup Look. I feel like Sequins is always apart of New Years whether it’s in our clothing, shoes, confetti and in today’s case, EYE SHADOW!
